Besides repairs of structural damages incurred for various reasons by the two story building with masonry walls and reinforced concrete slabs, solutions were provided for strengthening the structures required for spatial arrangements of converting the building originally constructed as residence into an office. The structural bearing system was strengthened mainly by using polymer fabric, laminate and steel frames. In addition, OTS company developed the design and performed installation of structural layer of reinforced slabs in the ground floor.
